Tuwharetoa has one register of Members for the Tuwharetoa Maori Trust Board, Tuwharetoa Settlement Trust and Ngati Tuwharetoa Fisheries Charitable Trust.

- Adult members (18 years or over) of the Iwi who can whakapapa to a hapu of Ngati Tuwharetoa.
